yellow mustard

3 tbsp yellow mustard

salt

white vinegar

½ cup white vinegar

onion powder

1 tsp onion powder

water

garlic powder

1 tsp garlic powder

black pepper

1 ½ tsp black pepper

molasses

¾ cup molasses

paprika

brown sugar

1 ¼ cup brown sugar

tomato paste

12 oz tomato paste

worcestershire sauce

5 tbsp worcestershire sauce

chipotle puree

1 tbsp chipotle puree

stout beer

1 fl oz stout beer

Instructions

1: Combine all ingredients in a pan.

2: Whisk on medium heat until all is incorporated.

3: Take off heat and let cool, then pour into a container.

4: Chuck up the chicken breast.

5: Pour some sauce over chicken and mix.

6: Let marinate for at least an hour.

7: Heat a skillet over medium heat.

8: Pour chicken with sauce in the pan and sauté until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature and BBQ sauce is caramelized.
