1: Mix all marinade ingredients well.
2: Reserve 1 cup of marinade for pico and serving.
3: Pound the steaks to about 1/4 inch thickness.
4: Place steaks in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
5: Seal the bag and mix well to coat the steaks.
6: Refrigerate overnight.
7: Use 1-2 tablespoons of reserved marinade in the pico.
8: Mix well and top the tacos with reserved marinade before serving.
