15 mins prepServes 4
Delicious garlic butter steak bites with small yellow potatoes. The steak is marinated overnight, then cooked with garlic and parsley, while the potatoes are seasoned and baked until soft. This meal pairs wonderfully with asparagus or your choice of sides.
1: Chop the top sirloin steak into 1"x1" cubes and marinade it with garlic parmesan olive oil, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2: Place the steak in a gallon ziplock bag, pour the marinade, seal the bag, and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
3: Cut the small yellow potatoes in half and place them in a cast iron skillet.
4: Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and 2-3 minced garlic cloves, adding a stick of butter in the middle.
5: Place the skillet in the grill over the open sear plate and stir occasionally until the potatoes are soft.
6: Check the potatoes with a toothpick, remove them and set aside.
7: Add the marinated steak to the skillet and cook until desired temperature.
8: Remove steak from heat, add the potatoes back in, and stir well before serving.
