These fantastic rum glazed baby back ribs are smoked for an incredible flavor. The ribs are coated with a sweet rum glaze made from brown sugar, spiced rum, and melted butter, then grilled to perfection with a special rub and sauce for a delicious finish.

Instructions

1: Mix brown sugar, spiced rum, and melted butter to create the rum glaze.

2: Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.

3: Place ribs on smoker and baste with rum glaze every hour for the first 3 hours.

4: Before wrapping, coat ribs with code3spices 5-0 rub.

5: Cook wrapped ribs for an additional 1 1/2 hours.

6: Unwrap ribs and place back on grill.

7: Pour the remaining glaze on the ribs and smoke for 15 minutes.

8: Baste with chargriller Patriot sauce and smoke for another 30 minutes.
